world and the nature. By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help in well being. Let us
work towards adopting an International Yoga Day
with this theme Sharda university celebrated the International Day of Yoga on 21st June 2018 with the enthusiastic participation of students, faculty and staff. Everyone sprightly participated during the practice session.
The participants were introduced to Yogasanas, Pranayama, Dhyana, Sankalpa and Meditation, as per the common protocol issued by Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India BY Anandacharya (guru ji) from bhramha kumai. He addressed the gathering about yoga and benefits of practicing Yoga to individual in everyday life and highlighted the potential for customization to suit the individual. Pro. Chancellor Mr.Y.K.Gupta shared his experience & wisdom about his Yoga practice.
