Event Description
The new students were welcomed with a blast by their beloved seniors. Even
after so many obstacles on the way due to the weather conditions, the
organizing team managed to give the best welcome to the freshers.
The event started off with dance perfomance where the freshers grooved on
tracks from various genres ranging from bollywood to western and even
bhangra. After this there was a skit performed by the dramatics department
which was an absolute masterpiece and a delight to watch.
International students gave a glimpse into their life back home by representing
their country through dance performances and then came the event that
everyone was waiting for,
FLAIR'O FRESHER, where the top 15 candidates selected through the
freshers Got Talent walked the ramp which ended up with the Question &
Answer round.
PALAK JAIN Student from Mass comm. was crowned as the winner of
Flair'O Fresher. She really did outperform everyone and took the crown home.
And then, what is a party without a DJ night. The night ended with everybody
on the stage dancing their hearts out and just letting it all out.
The Freshers 2017 was indeed a success as it proved to be a stress buster for
the new students and also welcomed them with a blast into their college life.

The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. We welcome all Freshers to this global
village. The Cultural Society as always promotes to keep the campus alive by organizing various
events throughout the year.The Chorus organizing team would be providing the Freshmen a time to enjoy as the take their first few
steps in the university. We present to you Freshers' Night which is going to be held on 22nd September.
Freshers' Night will be an evening where the seniors will perform with the juniors. At the end of the event,
we will be crowning the next Flair O' Fresher. The contestants for the Flair O' Fresher were selected
from Freshers' Got Talent which was held on 15th of September, 2017.
With the excitement bar reaching the maximum limit and the trumpets beating to the fullest. So we extend
our invitation to one and all to be a part of the Freshers' Night
