Event Description

The 3'd edition of Autumn Festival kicked off on the 1 lth of Novembe r, 2016. The proceedings began with a procession covering the entire 63 acre Campus where the entire College experienced an overwhelming response from the students as well as the faculty members of Sharda University. The procession was led by the members of the Student Activity Council followed by the 13 schools -School of Engineering & Technology, School of Law, School of Art, Media and Design, School of Language and Culture, School of Allied Health Sciences, School of Education, School of Pharmacy, School of Dental Sciences, School of Basic Sciences Research, School of Nursing Sciences and Research, School of Architecture and Planning, School of Business Studies and School of Medical Sciences and Research. All the schools then gathered in the Block 4 Lawn where the inauguration for the Autumn Festival took place. All the honourable dignitaries, faculties and students were welcomed by the Associate Dean of Students' Welfare. This was followed by unveiling of the prestigious Sharda Cup and the oath taking Ceremony which was done by the honourable Vice Chancellor of Sharda University. The inauguration ceremony would fall flat without the perforrnances from the Dance and the Music CluQ. These extravagant and colourful performances ignited the adrenaline rush of the entire audience. The inauguration aeremony was concluded with the first event of the Autumn Festival - Cosplay.
