Prof. (Dr.) P. K. Aggarwal is Ph.D in Finance and cleared J.R.F and NET Examination from U.G.C. He is presently working as the Head of the Department –Finance & Banking & Academic Co-ordinator of Ph.D. Program with School of Business Studies; SHARDA UNIVERSITY, Greater Noida Campus. He has almost 25 years of experience in the field of Management teaching, training, consultancy and research. He has been teaching Finance and Laws & Taxation subjects to MBA, PGDBM and C.A., C.S. & CWA students for last 21 years. Prof. Aggarwal has developed a number of Case studies in Finance and Investment Management areas and published almost more than 34 Research papers and articles in the journals and presented papers in 20 national and International conferences. Dr Aggarwal’s area of research include Corporate finance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Financial Performance Analysis, Taxation, Corporate Laws and emerging capital markets. He has developed Content, Credits, Project work and Academic Credentials of some new courses for various management programmes. He is also serving with various All India Professional Institutes as Examiner and Moderator. He is also an accredited supervisor for guiding research work, leading to award of the degree of M. Phil, Ph. D. He is a member of various academic and professional bodies.
