I hold an MBA (International Business, pass out year: 2005) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. I am currently enrolled as a PhD scholar in Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, in the area of Information Systems.
I have expertise in the area of primary research, secondary research and consulting, especially commercially oriented research. I have experience in project management of research projects. I have 15 years of experience in corporate work, of which about 10 years in research of various types.
I have managed projects dealing with consumer behavior, satisfaction studies, mystery audits (retail and web), omnibus studies, usage & awareness studies, market sizing studies, pricing studies, syndicated and ad-hoc studies, attitude studies, etc. I have worked for clients in a wide range of industries - FMCG, retail, auto, education, NGOs, IT firms, electronics firms, etc.
