Prof. (Dr). Rekha Kumari is Professor and Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing at Sharda University, Greater Noida, with over 14.5 years of teaching experience. She is Head of NAAC Criteria 7 at the school level and a member of the Institutional Ethics Committee. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students and has authored more than 10 books with several publications in SCOPUS-indexed journals. A patent holder and active researcher, she regularly contributes through conferences and workshops. She has also collaborated with NGOs on womens and transgender health, reflecting her commitment to inclusive healthcare.
