About

Prof. Rachna Bansal Jora is a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak (Haryana) with dual specialization in Marketing and Human Resource Management. She has qualified University Grant Commissions National Eligibility Test (NET) in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and pursuing doctorate in area of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.

Prof. Jora has presented more than a dozen research papers at National and International conferences held at various institutes of repute, including Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Banglore; Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi etc. She has attended many Faculty Development Programs on research methods and Innovative teaching & learning methods. She has published research work on issues pertaining to HR and OBShe has contributed book chapters titled as “Human Resource Management- A Communication Perspective” and “Why Women Start and Stop Working Working Women Motivation”.

She has completed courses on Human Resource Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Unethical Decision Making, Psychology, and Leadership etc.; from University of Minnesota, IIM Banglore, University of Toronto, The University of Lausanne, and The University of Pennsylvania.

She is working as Assistant Professor at Sharda University, since January 2009. Her teaching and research interest areas are Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
