Dr. Rachna Bansal is a Doctorate in the area of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). She has qualified University Grant Commissions National Eligibility Test (NET) in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
She has attended many Faculty Development Programs on research methods and Innovative teaching & learning methods.
She has completed courses on Human Resource Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Unethical Decision Making, Psychology, and Leadership etc.; from University of Minnesota, IIM Banglore, University of Toronto, The University of Lausanne, and The University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Bansal has an experience of more than thirteen in academics and research. Her teaching, training and research interest areas are Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
