About

Dr. Khagendra Nath Gangai is an accomplished academician, researcher, corporate trainer, consultant, and psychologist with over 19 years of diverse professional experience across academia, industry, research, counselling, and organizational development. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor and has established himself as a multidisciplinary professional with expertise in management, psychology, behavioural sciences, and human resource development. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Rajasthan, an M.A. in Applied Psychology from the University of Delhi, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University, a Diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), a Certificate in Yoga from IGNOU, and has qualified the UGC-NET.

Throughout his career, Dr. Gangai has combined academic excellence with practical industry exposure, specializing in behavioural and life skills training, organizational development, counselling, consultancy, and research. He served for nearly 14 years at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Usha & Lakshmi Mittal Institute of Management, New Delhi, and has collaborated with several prestigious organizations, including NCERT, Art of Living, Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. (TimesPro), Bennett University, IGNOU, FOSTIIMA Business School, Server Works Pvt. Ltd., Navjyoti Institute for Mentally Challenged, Society for Social Research Art & Culture, and ISTD, New Delhi. As a corporate trainer and organizational development consultant, he has delivered numerous training and capacity-building programmes for educational institutions and corporate organizations.

Dr. Gangai has made significant contributions to research through publications in reputed national and international journals, including several Scopus-indexed and Scopus Q1 journals. He has also authored numerous book chapters with leading international publishers and presented research papers at premier institutions such as IIM Indore, IIM Raipur, IIM Lucknow, IIT Roorkee, SPJIMR Mumbai, MDI Gurgaon, IMT Ghaziabad, FORE School of Management, Birla Global University, Delhi School of Economics, NDIM, and ISTD. Additionally, he has provided research consultancy for projects undertaken by Oklahoma Ridge Institute for Science and Education, USA, and Nazarbayev University, Kazakhstan. Actively organized international conferences in collaboration with renowned foreign institutions and universities, including the International Executive School, Strasbourg, France.

He has received specialized training in psychological assessment, counselling, psychotherapy, and behavioural interventions from AIIMS and IHBAS, New Delhi, under the Departments of Psychiatry and Clinical Psychology. His expertise also extends to psychometric testing, social entrepreneurship, yoga and meditation, counselling psychology, and employee well-being.

His teaching and research interests encompass Human Resource Management, HR Strategy, Organisational Behaviour, Industrial Psychology, Training and Development, HR Analytics, Compensation and Reward Management, Entrepreneurship, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, Leadership, Psychological Capital, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Engagement, Job Satisfaction, Personality, and Consumer Psychology.
