About

Dr. Avinash Goswami is an Assistant Professor at SSOL, Sharda University. He is Ph.D. in Criminal Law. He has done his LL.M. (Gold Medal) in Criminal Law from Amity University Uttar Pradesh. He has published more than 25 research papers in various journals of National and International repute. He has wide research experience of 7 Years and Industry experience of 2 Years. Dr. Goswami has been awarded by National Commission for Women (NCW) and Commissioner of Police, GB Nagar and DCP, Women and Child Safety for his excellent work. His previous books have received many accolades in the academic circle.
