Event Description
Sharda University organized the Armed Forces Flag Day Programme on 6th December 2019. Department of Student's Welfare and its NCC wing has been entrusted the responsibility for Coordinating and Conducting the Event. Theme of 2019 Armed Forces Flag Day is “Zest across the country to commemorate the sacrifices of brave soldiers of the armed forces. Major General Rajan Kocher was invited as a Guest of Honour for the event and other staffs of the University were also facilitated who had served the nation before joining the University. There are 400 students from various schools and NCC Girls participated in Cultural activities. Three NCC cadets were felicitated in Armed forces day for their Great Achievements NIKITA SANDHU, VERNIKA SINGH and RANJANA YADAV.
