I have completed my B.Sc. and M.Sc. (Environmental Science) from the University of Allahabad. My PhD was on the synthesis of nanoparticles and its application in water purification studies. After completing my PhD I worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Chemistry, IIT (BHU), Varanasi. My Postdoctoral research was focused on the synthesis and application of bimetallic nanoparticles as a potential catalyst for waste-water treatment and biodiesel production. Hence, my area of expertise lies in the field of control and treatment of water pollution.
