Dr. Kulshrestha graduated in Law from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and received Masters in Law and Ph.D. from Jodhpur University, Jodhpur. He obtained Masters in Arts (Political Science) from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Dr Kulshrestha has also completed Three Year Post Graduate Programme in Management with specialization in HR from IMT, (Ghaziabad) Class of 2013.
Prof (Dr.) Pradeep Kulshrestha received merit scholarship from the Government of Uttar Pradesh. He has published ‘Constitutional Law of India’ and ‘Law of Tort’ for the Law students and his another academic work ‘Criminal Justice in India: Maladies, Challenges and Recourse’ has been published by Lambert, Germany and Co-Authored Human Rights & Criminal Justice System in India.. He is member of the Academic Council, GGSIP University, Delhi. He has published various research papers and conference papers. He is the resource person for Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi and National Centre for Innovations in Distance Education (NCIDE), IGNOU. His teaching and research interests include Constitutional Law of India, Law of Tort, Consumer Protection Laws, Competition Law, Labour Laws and Industrial Relations. He has been awarded Academic Leadership Award-2017 award in legal education by all India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice, New Delhi, 2017 and star of the year award-2019 by National Institute for Education & Research, New Delhi.
