Dr Anviti Gupta is an accomplished academician and behavioural trainer, with twenty one years of experience as an academician, researcher and trainer. She is a recipient of Vice Chancellor’s Gold Medal for securing first class first in Master of Arts (Psychology) examination conducted by Meerut University. She earned her Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from University of Lucknow. She holds PG Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and PG Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from Bhartiya Vidhya Bhawan, Mumbai. She holds certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy from California Hypnosis Institute, USA and EKAA. She is also a Certified Psychological Counsellor from Christian Counselling Centre,Vellore.
She has been invited as an expert to deliver lectures by various organisations of repute. She has also been involved in designing and conducting training programs at several government and private organisations.She is also empanelled as consultant with Times of India Group. She has regularly designed and conducted training programs for various clients like UP Police -Dial 100 (An ambitious helpline of UP Police , Lucknow), Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD-The prestigious National Level Training Institute for Rural Banks in India, www.birdlucknow.in), Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, Lucknow, and various Private and Public Sector Banks,Axis Bank, Corporation Bank, Direct Taxes Regional Training Institute, Lucknow, and various other organizations.
Worked as Trainer/Consultant for managers of various organizations on Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence & Corporate Spirituality, Leadership & Team Building, Stress Management, Conflict Management, Motivation, Managing Interpersonal Relationships, Interviewing, Presentation, Communication, happiness and mindfulness and soft Skills.
