D. from University of Delhi. He received fellowship/scholarship from U.G.C. Department. He has published lots of book like Government and Citizenship (2015), Comparative Politics (2013), International Relation (2009), Human Right Gender & Environment and many more. He has also published various research papers and conference papers. He has delivered a lecture in UGC Academic Staff College, Himachal Pradesh University, Summer Hill, Shimla and Changing Prospective in Indian Politics in Globalised World. Africa in World Affairs Inaugural address in the Inter-College Competition held in Bhagni Nivedia College, University of Delhi. 23rd February, 2016.
