Dr. Voleti is a qualified HR professional, academician, education reformist and life coach, with over 23 years of extensive experience in academic administration, teaching, consulting and international academic collaborations.
His specialisation is in Human Resource Management and was awarded Doctorate (Ph. D) in 2003. He has widely traveled abroad and has a rich first hand exposure to the teaching methodologies in Australia, Canada, UK and USA. Dr. Voleti is presently working as Professor at Sharda School of Business Studies in Management and Director, Global Academic Alliances at Sharda University.
His research interests include Strategic Human Resource Management, Group Dynamics, Leadership, Cross Cultural Human Resource Management, and Business Ethics. He is working on developing new research areas namely ‘Management by Motives and ‘Practicing Ethical Human Resource Management based on Ancient Vedic thoughts.
