Dr. Raj K Kovid is Professor and Head– Research & Area Chair of Strategy & Entrepreneurship in School of Business Studies. He brings with him a rich working experience of over 27 years in teaching, research and industry. His teaching and research area includes Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Global Strategy, M&A, Strategy for Platform Business, Corporate Governance & CSR. He has consulted firms with respect to their growth strategies. He has keen interest in the Case Method of teaching and research. He has published research papers and book chapters in journals of repute at national and international level. He has written some cases and has also conducted case method workshops. He has been invited as an expert in workshops and conferences. He has participated in number of conferences and faculty development programs at leading B-schools in India and abroad. He has earned his PhD degree in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions and Masters in Business Management and Commerce. He is also UGC-NET qualified. Earlier, he has been associated earlier with NIIT University Rajasthan, Jagdish Seth School of Management Bangalore and Gautam Buddha University, GB Nagar.
