Mr. Hemant Singh is working as an Assistant Professor (Law) in Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. He has more than 7.5 years of experience in academics. Previously he was associated as an Assistant Professor (Law) with Amity Law School, Amity University Rajasthan Jaipur, ICFAI Faculty of Law, ICFAI University, Dehradun and School of Law, Galgotias University, Greater Noida, U. P. His areas of specializations are Constitutional Law, Property Law, Law of Contract and Procedural Laws. He has qualified UGC-NET in June 2013 and recently submitted his Ph.D. thesis at Amity University Rajasthan. He has done LL.M from National Law University Jodhpur (NLUJ) and LL.B. (Hons.) from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, M. P. He has published more than 10 research papers in journals of national and international repute. Mr. Singh is also associated with many law journals as an Editorial Board Member, some of them are Indian Constitutional Law Review, International Journal of Law and Society, Indian Journal of Law, and Human Behaviour etc.
