Prof. Kamal Kumar is associated with SSAS as an adjunt professor and presently working as an Advisor; Dhanuka Agritech Limited, MG Road, Gurgaon.
At present he is associated with Sharda University, Greater Noida, as an Adjunct Professor at Sharda School of Agricultural Sciences (SSAS).
He is Life member of National HRD Net work and is Recipient of Game changer award from HR Club Mumbai. He has over 50 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Man-made fibre, FMCG, IMFL, Textiles, Agro Chemicals in Crop Protection Industry.
He was a Zonal Head for North India at Alembic Chemical Baroda and sister companies. His responsibilities included, Neomer Limited for Polypropylene Staple fiber, Paushak Limted Technical and Formulations Agro Chemicals mainly B to B sales for North India, Nirayu Private limited IMFL for North India, Ujjwal Limited marketing organization.
He joined Dhanuka Agritech Limited from June 1996 till December 2018 and worked for Profit center for Sales in Southern Zone of all 4 States and UP in North which included sales collections man-power handling, Recruitment and training, Complete marketing operations. He was administrative head for all Branches which include buying assets such as Property for Office premises, Logistics and statutory compliances. From Jan 2019 till date he is continuing with Dhanuka Agritech as Advisor and has been reporting to Chairman. He is also on the Board of studies with some Universities; a few are governed under ICAR, GOI. He is as Guest faculty to some of B schools in Agriculture: NIAM Jaipur, IIPM Bangalore, Vamnicom Pune, MANAGE Hyderabad, IABM Bikaner, AMITY Noida. He has over 4 decades of multi-faceted and cross departmental experience in manufacturing companies. He has good experience in guiding Management and Boards of Listed Companies on various matters including Compliances, Corporate Governance, HR Policies and stewardship, besides Strategy and trajectory management.
At present he is associated with Sharda University, Greater Noida, as an Adjunt Professor at Sharda School of Agricultural Sciences (SSAS).
