About

Dr. Manisha Gupta has over 14 years of experience in Academics and research. Currently working as Associate Professor and Program Director at Sharda School of Business Studies, Sharda University Greater Noida. She is a science graduate and Masters in Business Administration specializing in marketing and system management. UGC NET qualified and Doctorate in Management. She has published research papers in various National and internationally indexed Journals including SCOPUS, ABDC, WoS and UGC care. Her research interests are Consumer Buying Behaviour, Sustainability and General management. She has successfully completed a minor Project under National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on the topic “Vulnerability, legal protection and work conditions of Domestic Workers”. In addition, she had edited three books, one of which was published by IGI Global, and her authored book, Principles of Management, as a Kindle eBook. She is a proud recipient of the ICAI intranational gold shield award for her research paper.
