Dr. Laxmi Gupta

About

Dr. Laxmi Gupta earned Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi with 5 years of prior PhD Academic experience. Her expertise lies in the domain of Operations and Supply Chain Management. She received her Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Electronics and Telecommunication from Pune University, in the year 2011 and earned Master of Engineering (M.E) degree in Electronics and telecommunication from Mumbai University, in the year 2014. She adept at conducting in-depth research and possessing a genuine passion for academic exploration. Her research has appeared in various reputed ABDC journals like “Global Journal of Flexible Systems Management”, “International Journal of Energy Sector Management”, Journal of Global Operations and Strategic Sourcing, and Foresight journal respectively. She has also communicated other papers in reputed journals like, Industrial Marketing Management, Annals of Operations Research, IEEE transactions in Engineering Management, International Journal of Logistics, Foresight, OPSEARCH etc. 

She has actively participated in peer-reviewed international conferences across various institutions in India, including the Academy for Global Business Advancement (AGBA)'s 16th Global Conference at the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, the International Conference on Emerging Trends in Supply Chain and Management (IESCO-2022) at IMT, Ghaziabad, and the International Conference on Advances in Management and Technology (ICAMT-2022) at Jaypee Business School, Noida. Notably, she was honored with the Best Paper Award at AGBA's 16th Global Conference in July 2019 held at the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.

Her Specialization is in the field of Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Service Operation Management, Service Supply Chain, and Quantitative Techniques for Managerial Decisions, Research Methodology and Business Statistics. Her research interests span diverse areas, including Digital platform, Industry 5.0, Green Energy, Service Operations, and the Metaverse.

With a solid foundation in both research and teaching, Dr. Laxmi Gupta is enthusiastic about contributing her extensive knowledge to an esteemed educational institution. Her aim is to foster a dynamic learning environment while making significant contributions to the field of Operations and Supply Chain Management.
