Moreover, all the companies are transforming digitally which is changing every aspect of their business. But, HR Department still stands as the backbone of any organization. Here’s how the MBA in HR is rolling up.

Technologies like cloud computing, mobile computing, artificial intelligence and increased automation have changed the ways business is carried. Thus, creating “technology-driven companies” for future. Some of the famous HR leaders like Diane Gherson of IBM are transforming the profession of HR to create future workplaces for employees.
