About the School

Sharda School of Humanities & Social Sciencesis a pivotal centre of teaching and research for eight academic disciplines: Economics, English Literature, History, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, Geography and Yogic Sciences. The school offers graduate, post-graduate and doctoral research programs. The school was established in 2012 and within a short span of time it has emerged as a centre of academic excellence with research from diverse and varied background. Working within this premise, Sharda School of Humanities & Social Sciences (SSHSS), Sharda University is organizing a three-day International Conference on ‘Science, Spirituality & Health: Exploring the Intersections’. This conference aims to foster a dialogue that bridges the diverse realms, promoting a holistic understanding that can contribute to personal well-being, societal progress, and the development of innovative approaches to healthcare and environmental sustainability. SSHSS invites papers on Science, Spirituality & Health: Exploring the Intersections and the myriad ways these independent domains of knowledge intersect or offer complementary perspectives on the human experience and the nature of reality.
