About the Programme
PhD Marketing and Brand Management programme at Sharda University prepares students to perform research through a variety of courses on theoretical and industrial with aspects of marketing. This programme allows students to gain advanced-level academic expertise in marketing and brand management and prepares them for a career in marketing, brand, strategy, product management, sales and marketing research in organisations varying from multinational corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises.
This programme aims to train students with the concepts and skills required to operate, build and successfully market products and services across an array of dynamic and competitive corporate environments.   Students gain the ability to analyse societal shifts, trends and their interaction with consumers and brands, and gain skills that are necessary for companies to be able to develop innovations that raise profits and ideally improve sustainability for organisations.
The programme features a broad range of electives and value-added characteristics including high-quality industry collaboration,   research excellence, skills-based teaching and real-life learning based on industry projects. Common topics included in the curriculum are microeconomics, consumer behaviour, and data analysis.
