About the Programme

M. Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with specialisation in VLSI Technology is a two-year programme designed to make students excel in the developing field of VLSI Technology. The programme curriculum is focused on VLSI system design including algorithms, hardware description, languages, system architectures, physical designs, verification techniques, simulation & synthesis, low power design techniques, and mixed mode design methodologies.

  • B.Tech./B.E in Electronics E& C E& E E& I E& TC with minimum 60% marks.
  • M.Sc. in Physics Electronics with minimum 60% marks.
  • GATE/NET Qualified students shall be preferred.
