About the Programme
PG Diploma in Food Safety & Quality Management is a one-year programme that emphasises on food products quality to meet the highest standards of food safety. The programme combines the specialised knowledge and skills required to apply the fundamental principles of quality assurance.
The programme trains students to effectively plan, accomplish, report and audit as per the guidelines of the ISO 19011-2002. It encourages aspirants to apply good hygienic, laboratory, manufacturing, handling and retail practices in Food Processing, Hospitality and Retail industry.
Additionally, the programme is structured to be equally useful for entry-level or ongoing career development in the food and beverage industry. Post completion of the programme, students will be equipped with the knowledge crucial to managing a hygienic food service.
