About the Programme
PG Diploma in Patisserie & Artisan Bakery Craft with AIBTM is a two-year programme focusing on principles of ingredients, food hygiene, testing and quality evaluation, and food laws.
Apart from developing students' practical skills in bread making, sugar and chocolate work and patisserie and desserts, the programme explores the science behind each of the product sectors, equipping aspirants with a rounded knowledge of the bakery and patisserie industry.
During the course modules, students are assessed on the basis of essays, assignments, in-class problem-solving exercises, case studies, and practical & theoretical exams. The programme offers hands-on training on patisserie and artisan products, including methods and development of recipes.
