About the Programme
B.Sc. (Hons) Bakery Sciences & Technology with AIBTM is a three-year undergraduate programme that offers students the opportunity to study practical bakery subjects. This specialist programme is streamlined in collaboration with AIBTM institute that is one-of-its-kind comprehensive teaching, training and research centre especially for baking technology and allied disciplines.
The programme offered focuses on the technical and managerial skills necessary to be successful in the bakery and patisserie industry. It combines interests in baking production and the nutritional, health & wellbeing aspects of food production. The programme will enable students to work in different organizational contexts and manage the manufacturing and baking service or product from inception through to the marketplace.
