About the Programme

B.Sc. Life Sciences is a programme which is designed to give students both theoretical and practical knowledge. The program has been divided into two branches – B.Sc. Life Sciences (with specialization in Botany) and B.Sc. Life Sciences (with specialization in Zoology). Overall program consists of 147 credits with a total of 31 theory subjects, 13 practical subjects, community connect as well as dissertation.

After completing undergraduate course from B.Sc. Life Sciences, students can work in various job profiles and can earn a salary between 10,000 rupees to 20,000 rupees initially. The salary will increase on the basis of an individual’s experience and skills.

The students can also opt for higher studies like Master of Business Administration or Master of Science. Many students wish to be in the same field and opt for research so that they will be experts in the life sciences after the course.

  • Sr. Secondary (10+2) with minimum 55% marks in PCM/PCB.
  • Proficiency in English Communication.
For International Students The eligibility criterion for all programs for international applicants is minimum 50% in the qualifying examination and having studied the pre-requisite subjects for admission in to the desired program.
