About

Dr Pradeep Kulshrestha received merit scholarship from the Government of Uttar Pradesh. He has published ‘Constitutional Law of India and ‘Law of Tort for the Law students and his another academic work ‘Criminal Justice in India Maladies, Challenges and Recourse has been published by Lambert, Germany. He has also been extended the privilege of reviewing ‘Legal Aspects of Business, Oxford, Delhi, 2011, ‘Mercantile Law Tata McGraw Hill, Delhi, 2012 Albuquerque Daniel, Legal Aspects of Business, Oxford, Delhi, 2012. He has also published research paper and conference papers. He is the resource person for Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, National Centre for Innovations in Distance Education (NCIDE), IGNOU. He also had the honour of being a Judge in the Inter University Moot Court Competition, 2010 organised by the Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi. His teaching and research interests include Constitutional Law of India, Law of Tort, Consumer Protection Laws, Labour Laws and Industrial Relations.

Dr. Pradeep Kulshrestha has joined School of Law, Sharda University, Greater Noida in December 2015 as Professor. Prior to joining Sharda University, he was with K.R. Mangalam University, as Professor & Dean, School of Law.

He graduated in Law from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. Prof Kulshrestha received Masters in Law and Ph D degrees from Jodhpur University, Jodhpur. He obtained Masters in Arts (Political Science) from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Dr Kulshrestha completed Three Year Post Graduate Programme in Management with specialisation in HR from IMT, Ghaziabad.
