Dr. Namita Gupta is a doctorate in the area of Competency management. Her varied experience of around Twenty years in areas of HR & employee training comprises of an amalgam of corporate & academic work experience. Prior to joining Sharda University, she has worked with various organisations of repute like JIM. Noida (HR facilitator & trainer), Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. G Noida ( HR Generalist & Trainer), AKGEC Ghaziabad (HR & OB faculty). She has to her credit various international & national publications in areas of employee engagement, knowledge management, competency Management in prestigious journals like Inderscience, and various other UGC journals. She has contributed to several national & International Conferences & Publications at reputed institutes like IIT Roorkee, IIMs (Ahmedabad, Kashipur), Florida University (USA), Ljubljana University (Slovenia) etc., in the area of competency mapping, skill shortage and performance management system etc. She has been awarded Associateship at IIAS Shimla the UGC center of Humanities in India. Has also undergone course from IIM Banglore. She has two-decade expertise of conducting HR & soft skills training, successfully delivered to organizations like Central Warehouse Corporation, LIC, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Transport Corporation of India, Jaipuria Noida, DTC, Technia , NIOS etc.
