Dr. Huma B. Khan has obtained her degree of LL.M and Ph.D from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. She has qualified UGC-NET. She has 11+ years of teaching experience. She has taught at Campus law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and other educational institution. She has worked as Visiting Faculty to Indian Law Institute and Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi. She has also been a Resource Person for IGNOU and ILLL – University of Delhi, Delhi and to National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics, Faridabad, Haryana. She has worked on a project of Ministry of Environment and Forest.
Apart from having published articles in law journals, she has participated and presented papers in various international and national conferences. She has authored book on “Wild Life Protection Laws in India An Analysis” and several books for Judicial & Civil Services Examinations. She has received an award for her contribution to society by Akashvani & Media Association in 2012. She has taught across a wide range of subjects. Her areas of interest and research include Family Law, Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Law of Torts, Environmental Law and Labour Law.
