Dr Kshamaa did PhD in Business Laws from     Chanakya National Law University,  Master's of Business Laws from NLSIU,  LL.B and LL.M from Patna University and did  Advertising, Sales Management and Sales Promotion Graduation from Patna University, Patna Women's College. Teaching business laws in various institutions from the year 2009.
