As an economics faculty, Devika Tewaris areas of interest lie in core economic theory. Some of these include game theory, political economy, auction theory, behavioral economics, international trade and tax issues, applied econometrics as well as econometric theory and analysis.
Her research has so far focused on transfer pricing, advanced price agreements, intangible property issues like branding, profit sharing, incentive compatible frameworks, etc.
Having industry experience in consultation, research and analytics has also made her interested in data analytics and econometric modeling. It has also provided her with the expertise of econometric softwares like stata, SPSS, etc.
Her primary pursuit lies in academia and more so in the class room, where one feels motivated and inspired everyday.
