About Department

The Department of Human Resources & Organisational Behaviour at Sharda University excels in teaching, research and service. The programmes offered under HR & OB department prepare students' for global career opportunities in the areas of management, human resources, operations, and more.

The HR & OB Department of SBS is a multidisciplinary division comprising economists, sociologists, psychologists, and management scholars that together offer leading-edge knowledge on a range of undergraduate, post-graduate and Ph.D. programmes.

One of the major initiatives taken by the department is the establishment of Leadership, HR and OB lab. Personality profiling of the students is done using  PF 16 test.
