The Department of Human Resources & Organisational Behaviour at Sharda University excels in teaching, research and service. The programmes offered under HR & OB department prepare students' for global career opportunities in the areas of management, human resources, operations, and more.

The HR & OB Department of SBS is a multidisciplinary division comprising economists, sociologists, psychologists, and management scholars that together offer leading-edge knowledge on a range of undergraduate, post-graduate and Ph.D. programmes.
