Here candidate is trained in different departments of laboratory medicine microbiology including bacteriology, immunology, virology, mycology, mycobacteriology, parasitology and serology, different sections of pathology viz-hematology, cytology, histopathology, blood banking techniques and clinical biochemistry.Initial 6th months candidate are also exposed to basic sciences-anatomy and physiology.
