Physics: To compliment the theoretical knowledge, we also have a well equipped laboratory
- Some remarkable experiments are Hall effect, hysteresis plotter, polarimeter, Newton’s ring apparatus, spectrometer, tangent galvanometer etc.
Chemistry: Department has a well equipped laboratory and the experiments are so devised as to give hands-on experience on the concepts learnt in the theory classes.
- The experiments performed in the laboratory are of direct relevance to the respective courses that include General Chemistry and Applied Chemistry and hence form an essential component of their studies in the higher semesters.
- Chemistry Lab has got all the necessary modern equipments like electronic balance, computer controlled UV Visible Spectrophotometer (make Shimadzu), B.O.D Incubator, digital pH meters, Digital Conductometer, Electric Oven, Water Bath, Glass Double-Distillation Unit, necessary chemicals, glassware and fittings for every student.
