Being the support department, the Humanities department shares and enjoys the entire infrastructure that is available to School of Engineering. It has well established Language labs and Audio/ visual facilities. The faculties involved in conducting the Language Lab carry out activities focused on vocabulary drill, role plays, group discussions, debates, writing skills, interview skills etc.
The school lays great emphasis not only in imparting the technical knowledge of students, but also their managerial aspects. The students are given the flavor of the different aspects of management, including Principles of Management, Science and Technology for Engineers, Business Law, Essentials of Marketing, Industrial Economics and Organizational Behavior.
Similarly, Personality Enhancement Program though a non-credit subject, yet it plays a very significant role in grooming the students to meet their future endeavor. The training files off angularities of personality, language, and instills self confidence which, in turn, help them into round personality.
