The Department is committed to uphold the highest standards in Technical Education. For imparting quality practical training to students in the field of Electronics & Communication Engineering, the department is having excellent infrastructure, ultra modern lecture theaters and well equipped laboratories. The required number of laboratories have been set up using state-of-the-art technology in respective areas. All the laboratories have been designed with high safety consciousness and are equipped according to the essential safety factors and safety guidelines.

Students in these laboratories have hands on experience on the latest equipments available like digital storage oscilloscope, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, microwave benches, trainer kits in latest microprocessors, microcontrollers, industrial instrumentation, optical fibre, digital communication, digital signal processing and embedded systems. Practical training is imparted in design and analysis of electronics circuits using state-of-the-art VLSI Design Technology.

Keeping in view the main objective of Sharda University of creating a Learning Based System, Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering gives more emphasis on developing a culture among our students – A culture of knowledge acquisition, comprehension, analysis and synthesis and developing abilities of applying knowledge.
