Brief Profile:

Dr. Pramod Kumar Singh, Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), India is currently working as Associate Professor, Department of Physics, School of Basic Sciences and Research, Sharda University.


As a postdoctoral fellow Dr. Singh has visited South Korea, Norway and Turkey (~6 Years) abroad. Dr. Singh has published 81 papers (till January 2016) out of which 75 are in International journals and one book chapter. He is currently associated as editorial board member in 3 International Journals. He has participated/presented paper in 20 International conference/symposia/workshops.

He has also been involved in organizing 1 International and 3 national conferences in Sharda University.

Apart from teaching B. Tech. and M. Tech. students, he is involve in research within research specialized area like Polymer Electrolyte, Nanoporous materials for energy devices, Dye sensitized solar cell, Supercapacitors. He has completed one research projects and working on one projects on material science (DRDO), Govt. of India. At present 2 students are enrolled with him for PhD and 1 student (Dr. Vivek Kr. Singh) has successfully got his PhD degree under his guidence.
