• 08/06 – 10/10 – worked as Assistant Professor for 4 years with 18 publications in Department of Community Medicine, Subharti Medical College (08/06-10/08) and Saraswati Institute of Medical Sciences (10/08-07-10). 
• 09/05–05/06 – worked as Senior Program Manager and technical advisor in MAMTA – Health Institute for Mother and Child, supervised three projects, two of them were related with prevention of HIV/AIDS and third one was related with poverty alleviation through reproductive child health initiative.
