What is inspiration? Is it a guidance, or stirring of your moral and professional values? Sometimes inspiration is an ongoing process, few incidents or people leave deep mark in your life. APJ Abdul Kalam was a man of people who left the world with his teachings. Scientist, educationalist, the ex-president of India.

According to APJ Abdul Kalam “If a country is to be corruption free and become a nation of beautiful minds, the world would be different. I strongly feel there are three key societal members who can make difference, they are the father, the mother, and the teacher”. We take inspiration from teacher, mother, father and people around us. It could be a friend, neighbor, colleague, boss or a celebrity. Father’s spiritual strength, physical fitness, social status, all forces us to excel in life and gives us security. We choose our father as our role model and want to be like him. We get influenced by our mother because of her sincerity, dedication; love and affection have a special space in our hearts. Her strong will and devotion guide us to embark in life. Mother inspires us to be a good human being, for successful career, for good interpersonal skills, and to be a passionate person. What mother does nobody can do for us. Even teacher is the inspiration for many students. A teacher molds the child; the child has wings which a teacher teaches him how to fly.

Many people find their role model in Mahatma Gandhi.Mahatma Gandhi’s sacrifice and leadership moved the entire nation. Who brought freedom to India and at time of difficulty people take strength from his life. They pledge, believe in themselves and feel that they can also do something more meaning full and deep. Also, many find heroes in the magnetic personality of Swami Vivekananda by his oratory skills and beautiful personality; he propounded Hinduism and its philosophy with much eloquence. His success at world conference of religion in Chicago is written in the history and till date he inspires many Indians. Inspiration works as a catalyst in the path of success. Sachin Tendulkar is another example whom youngsters want to follow. Ask a boy in his teenage, he will say “he wants to be like Sachin Tendulkar”. The child wants to play in same manner as Sachin Tendulkar, thus following his role model.

One draws inspiration and moves ahead in life. Without an inspiration life is meaningless and we are just wanderers in the absence of inspiration. A friend could inspire you to be smarter, a neighbor may inspires to be more pragmatic, a colleague who is good in communication can impress you and the boss inspires to be more positive. In day today’s life the inspirers throw new ideas, new thoughts and varied approach. However, a right attitude and approach is required to take inspiration.

We believe in our hero’s actions, words and psychology. Great people are born with character which inspires the new generation. They who lived life fully with purpose and worshiped the cause or action they have chosen. It’s an inspiration that gives passion to our cause. This passion helps in crossing the hurdles and there you become a true winner.
