We intend to break the old shackles that have weakened Indian education - rigid curriculums, inflexible syllabuses, boring teaching, and memory-based examinations. Sharda University is charting a new course by offering practice-based learning, stimulating teaching, and continuous evaluation. It hopes to reverse the trend of many decades, namely, instead of Indian students spending billions of dollars every year to go abroad to study at foreign universities, they can enjoy the same standard of education at Sharda with its global faculty and, eventually, a diverse mix of students that includes students from overseas.
