In its broadest definition, biotechnology is the application of biological techniques and engineered organisms to make products or modify plants and animals to carry desired traits. For the purposes of this study, this definition also extends to the use of various human cells and other body parts to produce desirable products. In this paper, the term "Bioindustry" refers to the cluster of companies that produce engineered biological products and their supporting businesses. "Biotechnology" refers to the use of the biological sciences (such as gene manipulation), often in combination with other sciences (such as materials sciences, nanotechnology, and computer software), to discover, evaluate and develop products for bioindustry.

B. Tech in any specialization with 60% marks
M. Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Electronics/Material Science or equivalent Master's Degree with 55% marks
GATE / NET qualified students shall be preferred

If selected, candidates can deposit the fee through Cash/DD at Sharda University campus or through payment gateways like Credit card, Axis Bank, Punjab National Bank DD, Cash, etc. within 15 days of the announcement of selection.
